What is B Corp certification?

The B Corp certification is a third-party accreditation that verifies companies that demonstrate that they are meeting the highest environmental and social performance standards, not only through their product or service, but across all aspects of their operations.

The B Corp movement has seen significant growth in recent years, with the number of B Corps in the UK doubling to 2,000 in the 18 months to May 2024. This shows the appetite from companies to understand, measure and improve the impact they have on their stakeholders.
To become a certified B Corporation, companies must complete the B Impact Assessment (BIA) and reach a target of 80 points. It is a challenging but rewarding process and helps businesses develop a framework to develop best practice across all aspects of their operations.

B Corp Cohort Programme

An affordable and time-efficient 8-week online support programme to fit in with the working week. Businesses will need to commit to 1 hr online and 2 hrs independent work per week.

This programme is aimed at small businesses (under 50 employees) keen to evaluate and improve their social and environmental impact with a drive to achieve B Corp certification. Max 6-8 businesses in the group. Next Cohort starting in September 2024.
