Our Double Materiality Assessment includes two interactive workshops designed to help you identify and prioritise the sustainability issues that matter most to your business. In the first session, we’ll take a deep dive into your business model, explore relevant Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks and opportunities, and assess your impacts on people, the planet, and your operations. We’ll also look at key stakeholders, regulatory drivers, and current or emerging expectations that may affect your business.
Following this, we’ll analyse your data alongside stakeholder feedback to develop a draft materiality matrix. In the second workshop, we’ll review the results together, align on your top priorities, and finalise a double materiality matrix that clearly distinguishes between impact materiality and financial materiality. This will provide a strong foundation for ESG reporting, sustainability strategy, and action planning tailored to your specific needs.
